Thank you for shopping with Offline Influence. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
You may request a return or refund within three days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact, and proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email must be provided. Items that are worn, used, washed, or missing their original tags or packaging will not be accepted for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear, socks, swimwear, or accessories cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues unless the incorrect item was sent.
If you receive the wrong size or product, please contact us within three days of delivery at offlineinfluence@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have not received a refund after ten business days, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at offlineinfluence@outlook.com for assistance.
